How to make Akara
Akara also known as Nigerian Beans Cake, is highly popular and deliciously accompanies Nigerian Ogi (Pap) or Custard or any sides of your choice. Be inspired and follow the step by step guideline below in achieving this Nigerian Food Recipe.


Tools:
·         Bowl
·         Wooden Spoon
·         Scoop
·         Scale
·         Knife
·         Chopping Board
Ingredients:
·         210g of Bean Flour
·         Vegetable Oil
·         Scotch Bonnet
·         Onions
·         Aromat Seasoning
·         Water
·         Salt
Cooking Instructions:
·         Dice the onion and scotch bonnet into bite size pieces and set aside
·         Add water to the bean flour and mix thoroughly
·         Once the required consistency is achieved, add the Aromat seasoning, salt, diced scotch bonnet, onion and mix well. Do not add excessive water.
·         Heat some vegetable oil in a pot on medium heat.
·         Scoop the Akara mixture and add to hot oil, cook until they are golden brown. Enjoy!
