How to make Roasted Plantain – Boli
Boli is a quick savoury Nigerian Food Recipe. It is easy and can be done in minutes. It can be served with sides of your choice. Below is how to achieve this Nigerian Snack served with peanut (Èpà).


Tools:
·         Chopping Board
·         Knife
·         Oven Grill
Ingredients:
·         Ripe Plantain
·         Peanut
Cooking Instructions:
·         Pre-heat oven at 180-200°C
·         Peel the skin off the plantain and place on the grill tray
·         Grill for approximately 35mins whilst turning at intervals.
·         Serve with Peanut.
